VIP Concierge & Errand Service services are limited to what is legal and ethical.
Rates do not include the cost of products, services or charges which may be incurred while executing the desired service.
VIP Concierge & Errand Service is not responsible for any dissatisfaction of purchases by clients from third party vendors.
Services are billed at a minimum ½ hour charge and in 15 minute increments thereafter.
15 minutes surcharge for service calls to St. Albert, Leduc, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, Devon & Spruce Grove.
Payment is due upon receipt of service with the exception of Pre-paid Packages. Pre-Paid Packages must be paid in advance of execution of service(s).
All Pre-Paid Service Packages are non-refundable, however hours purchased do not expire and can be used indefinitely for any service we offer.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date for clients who have an approved credit account with VIP Concierge & Errand Service. Outstanding amounts owing after 30 days will be subject to an interest charge.
Services are performed on a first come, first serve basis and booking in advance is highly recommended to guarantee your service request time is met. Most services can be performed almost immediately but without advance booking there is no guarantee that this will be the case.
12 hour notice is required for cancellation of service. A cancellation charge will be levied for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice.
Normal business hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requests made for a service to be rendered outside normal business hours will be subject to a surcharge with the exception of certain pre-arranged services such as house sitting, pet sitting/dog walking etc. Please inquire as to whether a service requested outside of normal business hours will be subject to the surcharge.
